Vendor Agreement
As a vendor:
❖ I understand that it is either $150 vendor fee due before the event.
❖ I understand that I get to have access to the event plus two, if you need more staff let us know - also provide a guest list as soon as possible to cultureshiftchallenge@gmail.com
❖ I understand that my booth will be outside yet within the event, and in order for people to shop at my booth, they have to have a ticket to the event. The event includes live music, comedy, DJ, bounce houses and other fun events for kids, a vendor market, and food trucks.
❖ All fencing and tents must be self-supporting (weighted). Permittee will be responsible for all damages.
❖ Due to multiple underground water and electricity lines, no staking, signs, tents etc., into the ground.
❖ I understand I am to be provided (5) GA tickets that I can sell or give away.
❖ I understand that there is no sale of explicit material as this is a family friendly event.
Booths start at 10x10 and can be adjusted based on your needs
●You must supply your own table, tent, and anything you need for your display. Load in and set up at ___. Doors open at ____, event starts at ___.
● Culture Shift agrees to market the event to the best of our ability and an environment that is beneficial to the vendor.
