Vendor Agreement
By registering as a vendor, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Vendor Fee
* A $125 vendor fee is required prior to the event.
Vendor Admission & Staff
* Vendors receive admission for themselves plus two staff members.
* If additional staff access is needed, please contact us in advance.
* Guest lists should be submitted as soon as possible to:

Event Access
* Vendor booths will be located outdoors within the event grounds.
* Event attendees must have a ticket to enter the event and access vendor areas.
Event Features
The event will include:
* Live music performances
* Comedy
* DJs
* Bounce houses and kids activities
* Vendor market
* Food trucks
Booth & Tent Requirements
* All tents and fencing must be self-supporting and properly weighted.
* Vendors are responsible for any damages caused by their setup.
Complimentary Tickets
* Vendors will receive five (5) General Admission tickets to sell or give away.

Family-Friendly Environment
* No explicit or inappropriate materials may be sold or displayed.
Food Vendors
* Vendors selling food or beverages must complete and submit additional Purdue Fort Wayne documentation.
* Forms can be provided upon request.
Booth Space
* Standard vendor spaces begin at 10x10.
* Please let us know in advance if you require additional space so accommodations can be arranged.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must provide their own:
* Tables
* Tents
* Chairs
* Displays
* Extension cords or other setup materials
Load-In & Event Schedule
* Load-In & Setup: 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM
* Doors Open: 4:00 PM
* Event Time: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Event Promotion
* The Culture Shift agrees to market and promote the event to the best of our ability in order to create a beneficial environment for vendors and attendees alike.
